At Oiriusâ„¢, we take great pride in creating personalized, one-of-a-kind iris artwork for our customers. However, we understand that in rare cases, there may be issues with your order.
Returns and Refunds:
If you receive the wrong product due to an error on our part, or if your order arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly provide a replacement at no cost to you.
Due to the highly customized and personalized nature of our iris art products, returns or refunds cannot be provided for any other reason. Each piece is made-to-order just for you based on your provided iris photo.
Revisions:
We are committed to ensuring you love your Oiriusâ„¢ artwork. That's why we offer unlimited free revisions on your order until you are completely satisfied with the final piece.
Process:
To initiate a replacement request covered under this policy, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at oiriseyes@gmail.com. Include your order number, photos clearly showing any damage, and a description of the issue.
Once the request is reviewed and approved, we will promptly ship a replacement at our expense. Return shipping costs for invalid claims will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping policy
At Oiriusâ„¢, we strive to provide a seamless shipping experience for our customers around the world. Our shipping policies are as follows and are estimated:
(US, Canada):
- Free standard shipping via USPS/Canada Post
~ 2-5 business days for delivery after processing
UK & European Union:
- Free standard shipping
~ 7-10 business days for delivery after processing
Australia & New Zealand:
- Free standard shipping
~ 10-20 business days for delivery after processing
Processing Times:
All orders are made-to-order and typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping notification email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Carriers:
We use trusted national and international carriers like USPS, FedEx, UPS, Royal Mail, etc. to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Tracking:
Each order is assigned a unique tracking number which will be provided in your shipping notification email.
Transit Damages:
In the rare case of shipping damages, we will promptly replace or refund your order per our Refund and Return Policy.
