Oirius™ provides a platform for customers to purchase personalized iris artwork created from their provided iris photos. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time.

Accounts
To place an order, you may be required to create an account by providing accurate personal information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Ordering and Payment
By submitting an order, you agree to pay the prices displayed at the time of purchase. Oirius™ reserves the right to change prices at any time. Accepted payment methods are listed on our website.

Personalized Artwork
Each Oirius™ product is made-to-order based on the iris photos provided by the customer. You acknowledge that due to the highly customized nature of our products, returns or refunds cannot be provided except in cases outlined in our Refund and Return Policy.

User Content
By submitting iris photos or other content to Oirius™, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Oirius™ website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Oirius™ and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability
Oirius™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
